As builder of some thirty keyboard instruments, Kottick is well qualified to speak on the subject.

Just what I needed. Just what I needed to put that gaming PC together. all the bolts fit in all the holes 5/5 Michael S. Dickerson "Bassman" (Logan Oh) - See all my reviews, February 7, 2012inexpensive but great screw kit
Let me sum this up...Its cheapit has multiple sizesNo one who has custom systems that need repair from time to time or someone planning to build a custom PC should be without. They never remember to include enough screws for most items, and the ziplock that comes with the case "assumes" a certain amount of expansion. StarTech Replacement Screws - 15 Pack 15SCREW6_32
CE (Startech)
List Price: $12.45
The screws function properly.
They appear to be machined well enough. The piece count was accurate. They are hard at work holding my second HDD in place.(If the drive gives way, I will transfer some data to reduce the weight of the drive, and amend my review. As a surprise benefit, they keep all the eels out of my hovercraft. I just toss the screws into the fan blades, and impale the slimy suckers. I then wait for the eels to float to the surface, and retrieve my screws.) 5/5 Robert (Oregon, US) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) Thermaltake A2382 Computer Case Thumbscrew Set - 10-Pack (Silver)
PC Accessory (Thermaltake)

High Quality Thumb Screws, Best Price I could Find
I was missing 4 thumb screws for months, basically because the last time I opened my case for cleaning or work I lost my old OEM screws. The sides lay beside the computer, and it was annoying. Months ago I looked around and everyone wanted a lot of money for what should be very inexpensive.Anyway, these are very high quality screws and were on the inexpensive side. There isn't much else to say about them; they do what they're supposed to do, and do-so for not-a-lot of money. 5/5 Only "onlyiwillremain" (Hopkinsville, KY) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) The Turn of the Screw: A Case Study in Contemporary Criticism (Case Studies in Contemporary Criticism)
Book (Bedford/St. Martin's)

... Timeless ...
I've just finished reading "The Turn Of The Screw" by Henry James, a nineteenth century classic novella which can be read on various different levels. I read the 2003 edition, "The Turn Of The Screw: Case Studies in Contemporary Criticism", which includes the "Complete, Authoritative Text with Biographical, Historical, and Cultural Contexts, Critical History, and Essays from Contemporary Critical Perspectives", edited by Peter Beidler - I enjoyed both Henry James' story, and this edition's analyses, immensely. To begin with a short summary of the plot - set in the 1840s, written by James in 1897, and published in 1898 - a young woman is employed as governess to two children, Flora and Miles, by their absent uncle. She is to live at their magnificent country mansion, and is directed not to contact their uncle in London at all, but to take on all responsibility for their care. She learns that their previous governess died tragically, after falling pregnant to another 'lower'... 4/5 Lea - See all my reviews This review is from: The Turn of the Screw: A Case Study in Contemporary Criticism (Case Studies in Contemporary Criticism) (Paperback) I've just finished reading "The Turn Of The Screw" by Henry James, a nineteenth century classic novella which can be read on various different levels. SE Adjustable Screw On Pin Watch Case Opener
Watch (Timewheel)
List Price: $22.50
Very good tool for the money
Very sturdy and well finished. Adjusting knobs are turning smoothly. The tool comes with 5 sets of different shapes with 3 pins each. The pins are screwed into the holders and therefore very stable. The max. opening between the 2 horizontal pins is 33 mm (1 and 1/4 in.) and the max. distance between a pin from the horizontal part and the one from the vertical part of the tool is 36 mm (1 and 7/16 in.) which makes it suitable for large diameter cases. The tool comes in a cardboard box, not very attractive, but who cares about the box? 5/5 E. Cojocaru "E. C." (Princeton, NJ) - See all my reviews, March 8, 2010Great product and pricing
After going in some stores here on Long Island and finding out how much they wanted to change a battery, I had enough! My Dad was a jeweler and I had watched him remove the backside of these cases for years. As simple as taking a cap off a water bottle. So I made my purchase, here on Amazon at bought the JAXA watch case back opener.Right out of the box, with with no exchange of pin heads, I changed both batteries on 2 of my Tag Heuer watches in less than 5 minutes. For the price of the tool and both batteries, I saved $[...] bucks ! Now, going forward, I will only need to buy batteries(which I also purchase on Amazon)I do have several other watches...Why did I get this tool before?.. By the way, did I mention, this is a sturdy tool.. 5/5 al paciello (SYOSSET, NY, US) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) Based on the pictures, these watch openers all looked very similar. This one seemed priced right compared to very similar looking openers. Mine did not arrive covered in oil. The four small screws and nuts holding the body together were a bit loose, but were easy to tighten with just my fingers. The additional tips are very secure in the box as the molded tray is a nice reasonably thick plastic. I was a bit concerned with other reviewers saying these openers may not be big enough for large men's watches, but the measurements given in other reviews indicated that the opener was easily big enough for my 40mm case since the opening notches on the case back are closer together than the outside diameter of the case. It took me more time to switch out the tips to the appropriate set than it did for me to loosen the case back. Worked like a charm. I'm very pleased with how this tool worked. 5/5 Scott Yanagihara (Denver, CO USA) - See all my reviews, June 30, 2010

StarTech Mounting PC Case Fan Screws - 50 Pack FANSCREW Silver
CE (STARTECH.COM)

They are screws
They work fine; no problems. One piece of advice, though. It's probably best to use a regular screwdriver rather than a powered one. Reason being; the screw slots will not deform as easily when you use a regular screwdriver. You can control the torque and speed much better. 4/5 Clutch - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) These do exactly what they're supposed to - however, make sure you use the biggest screwdriver you can fit into them so you don't strip the heads out. Also - these screws are NOT self-tapping, so if you're putting them into a NEW fan, you're going to have to use a bit of extra pressure with the screwdriver to get them to make their way through the plastic. 4/5 Jason P - See all my reviews, January 30, 2012Works Great
Used to mount my case fans. Holds more securly than the long screws that came with them. The long screws that came with the fans put to much stress on the ears and culd cause them to break. This is a much better mount in that it only holds one side. 5/5 John W. Hight "CompNut" (Houston, Texas) - See all my reviews, March 3, 2008

Not as many of several parts as indicated
When opening the package, I noticed that in shipping some of the parts had jumped from one cubbyhole to a neighboring one. I decided to sort them out and noticed that there didn't seem to be as many of some types of parts as indicated on the box.I started counting them and found out that this was the case. I counted the jumpers and the standoffs (didn't bother with the screws) and found that of the 4 types of parts I counted, each had between 10% and 20% fewer then listed.I'm not going to bother to return this, and normally I'd just write it off to poor quality control. But I noticed that in no case were there *more* than listed. 2/5 Dave "Dave" (New York, NY USA) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) Small, compact, and easy to tote around. Plenty of miscellaneous nuts and things I need at a PC service call. It snaps tightly and secure...most impressed with that feature, I must say!Might not have EVERYTHING you need or want... so add it! This is not a "carry every possible accessory kit" but it sure comes close. And as I mentioned, it is small and easy to slip into your work bag.Not for the common computer user...for people that tinker and work on them... that is who this is for.Happy PC Repairs! 5/5 B.
