  Amazing!

  I just bought this watch after months of checking out other watches. I kept putting it off, then finally got one. I looked at everything from Tissot, Tag, and others. This one seemed to be the best of both classic style, and rugged use. I couldn't be any happier with this watch. It was a gift to my self for lots of hard work and I love it!. I sit here and just stair at it. It really is a great looking watch, and looks much classier than the picture. It feels great on my arm, and my girlfriend loves it. It is not a swiss watch, but who cares. We live in 2010 and watches are going to last a long time, technology is not what it was 100 years ago.   Excellent Choice For Dark Suits and Tuxedos

  This Bulova has a beautiful face which catches and reflects the light and gives it a nice silver sheen. The profile is very slim and fits excellently under the cuff of a dress shirt or French cuffs. The leather band is very soft and comfortable out of the box and doesn't require any break-in period. It is also not ridiculously large - I do wear a large diving watch on a daily basis, but sometimes the dress code requires a more understated look, and this watch meets the requirement.   Very nice

  I like this watch because it is light and very thin. It has a simple, pure look to it. I normally wear a Concord Mariner, and I am tired of how heavy it feels.The Concord is an expensive watch and I am happy that I don't feel the need to wear an expensive watch any more. I like the Bulova even more that the $1,000 Concord.I bought this Bulova at a jewelry store in my local mall. It sold for $175. I should have looked here on amazon before I bought it.   Classic watch... TOO light?

  I was looking for a leather strap watch with a basic, classy look. This watch fits that description 100%. It goes great with anything from formal to business casual dress. It is very compact and light, which can be a pro or con depending on the person.If you have large hands or wrists, the case or strap width may be too small for you, I highly suggest going out to try the watch on to see if it is. The watch is VERY light, which I am not sure if I consider a pro or con. While I do like the fact that it almost feels like I'm not wearing a watch, the case does not naturally fall to the center of my wrist like heavier watches do, nor can I wiggle my hand to make it, I have to manually adjust it with my other hand. The watch tends to fall somewhat in-between my wrist bone (I think it's called the ulna?) and my hand, which gets a little annoying.   Great Watch!

  I just got this watch and think it is excellent. I would have happily paid double of what I paid on Amazon for this watch. It is a dressier looking watch, but can also be worn casually with jeans. The pictures really don't do it justice as it looks a LOT better in person. I was on the fence from the previous reviews, but now that I bought it I can say that I am very satisfied.   Great watch for the price, don't buy if you have a small arm!

  I was searching for a new watch, and this one was my "first choice". Unfortunately, I talked myself out of it, thinking that it was a small watch (looking at the pictures of it on Amazon, the face appears small in comparison to the size of the band), and purchased a Citizen watch instead. When it arrived, it had scratches on the band, so I took the opportunity to send it back and purchase this one instead.This one arrived and I was a bit shocked at the size. The band is actually a lot wider than what I'd call a traditional men's dress watch, which means the face itself is actually a good size. I'm 6'1" tall, medium build, this watch looks "solid" on my arm. If you're smaller in size, this watch would definitely be too big for you.Having worn it for a couple days now, here are some pro's and con's for the watch:PROS:1) It's solid. Very solid.   I just received this watch as a gift. It is first and foremost a great timekeeping instrument. The second hand is precise and lands and lines up correctly with each tick.I like the screw down crown which gives added protection during water activities.The hands and face of the watch have super bright illumination in the dark, making it very easy to read at night.The rotating bezel is convenient and easy to use as a timer.The look of the watch itself is sporty, polished, and dignified. Can be worn on a suit, with jeans, or even with shorts. An everyday watch with class.The weight of the watch is a bit heavy but one gets used to it.Other metal band watches have tended to pull the hair out of my arms.   Received this watch for Christmas. I wanted to get an Invicta and may still get one in the future. Went to an outlet store and they had this watch marked down to $200. Compared it to the automatic Invicta and the Bulova feels like a higher end item. The band on the Invicta felt light and cheap.   A well built watch at a real good price

  This is simply a well built quartz watch that pays homage to the Rolex Submariner at a fraction of the price. Don't get me wrong. This is NO Rolex Submariner in any capabilities or quality likeness. But its very obvious that Bulova took some cues from the Submariner in the looks dept when making this watch. This watch is what is. A well built watch at a good price. For under $160.00 its not bad. These are selling at the malls for a higher price. The Invicta brand also makes some of their watches in homage to the Submariner. I purchased an Invicta at Costco. Within six months the crown fell out while changing the time. Invicta watches really lack in quality. This Bulova 98B131 is way above Invicta in the same price range. Overall Workmanship and quality is much better compared to other watches in this price range. The case and bracelet is a good size. Not too big and not too small. Weight is perfect. Not too light and not too heavy.   I just received this watch several weeks ago and I LOVE it. The watch feels substantial, is beautiful and it really sparkles... 23 diamonds total and it's not gaudy. The size is perfect... not too dainty but not chunky either. Most importantly, it keeps accurate time.   nice watch, great for the money

  Watches are one of the few things I collect and like to spoil myself with. Recently, my wife bought me this watch, only in the silver version, for my 28th birthday. I instantly loved the look, design and feel of it. However, I have several silver watches already, which is when I saw the same watch in the black color. It's unique looking, solidly built, and has a great weight to it without being too cumbersome. The black look really attracts attention and it's unlike any watch I have. This is the only Bulova watch I own, and it's the least expensive of my collection, but it instantly became one of my favorites. For the price, this watch is fantastic and I recommend it for anyone.. watch enthusiasts or novices alike, you can't go wrong with this one. I have not had it long enough to evaluate the automatic time keeping aspect.. But I will say that if you don't wear it for a week or so and the time is off, it's very easy to re-set the time and will only take a few seconds..   Great watch not so great band

  I really like this watch and haven't had any mechanical problems and thought the price I paid was fair. One of the main reasons I picked this particular wastch was because I really like the band. I've had the watch less than a year and the band is falling apart. The green canvas is coming off of the backing.   Bulova Mens 94A102 Watch

  I will start with the positive first: This watch is very nice quality and looked perfect when I opened the box. The strap is hefty with 9 eyelets for wrist sizing. This watch is very easy to set and read. A great "Man's" watch.The negative?: This is a great "Man's" watch for the man that does not want to wear it outdoors on a hiking trip or playing rugbee. After a week of wearing this watch daily I accidently brush the face of the watch against something and it scratched. The face is not made from glass but of plastic. Scratches very easily. Fortunately, for me the scratch was very small. I only wear this watch ocassionally now.   A beautiful, elegant watch!

  At first, I was skeptical of buying a watch online, but I took the plunge and purchased this beauty. As soon as I got it in the mail, I opened it up and was awestruck. It truly is a beautiful watch to behold. This is my first Bulova watch, and I plan to get a few more in the future. I love the watch face and the use of black, green, red and white. It is elegant, yet stylish and sporty. It's the most expensive watch I own and plan to purchase a Tag or an Omega later on, but this will do for now!!The watch is relatively simple to set up and you should be able to set the time using the box instructions or by going online to Bulova's website. I also love that the watch is SURPRISINGLY light and doesn't feel like a brick on your hands like some watches. If there was one con, I would have to say the clasp. It's a little bit annoying having to press the two buttons on the side, and lifting the clasp.   I purchased this watch to replace a titanium fossil watch that I had for about 10 years. I was immediately impressed with the light weight on a watch with such a large face. The dials are easy to read and very stylish.   Bulova Watch

  Already gotten a ton of compliments on this watch. Not overtly flashy (a good thing), very stylish, simplistic design that still cathces the eye. Only down side is the bottom of the bracelet has already started to tarnish a bit on the bottom from where I rest it on my desk when I type.   Nice watch. Large case, but not so big it looks like you are wearing an "arm clock" a la Flavor Flav. I was looking for a classic design divers watch, but did not feel it necessary to spend $1k or more on an Tag Aquaracer, Rolex GMT, or Omega Seamaster. Nor did I want a "cheap" copy. I have owned several Bulova watches. I like the name. I like the look. I like the price.   Pros:- Solid stainless steel bracelet. (Does not feel cheap)- For the price, the diver bezel rotates very smoothly.- Decent lum- Added diver clasp is nice to have.- Good weight, and size. Doesn't seem overly massive like some diver watches.- Just looks and feels more expensive then it really is.Cons:- The picture on Amazon is deceiving. The color blue is much darker and masculine in real life.Overall:I'm really satisfied with my purchase. It's a solid watch with good accuracy. If you want a quality constructed divers watch that looks good in either formal or casual occasions, this is for you.   Beautiful watch!

  I've wanted a good dive watch for a while but a Rolex Submariner or Omega Seamaster is way out of my price range. I started looking for something more affordable and the Bulova Marine Star line caught my eye. I was torn between this model and the 98C62. Both seem to be a cross between the Submariner and Seamaster, with this one a bit more like the Rolex and the 98C62 a bit more like the Omega.The watch is beautiful in person and the pics here on Amazon don't do it justice. The blue is much deeper than in the pics, though not quite a navy blue. The middle of the band along with some accents on the face are shiny, contrasting nicely with the brushed case and outer parts of the band. The only thing I'd change about the look would be to put the date window in the 3 o'clock position but that's really no big deal.
